Free access requires no payment details. Pro costs ₹2,000 per month for unlimited stock chart browsing and company fundamentals. Pro+ costs ₹3,000 per month and includes Company Insights for every company. For India billing addresses, paid subscriptions renew monthly through Razorpay in rupees. Outside India, Pro costs US$20 per month and Pro+ costs US$30 per month, renewing monthly through PayPal in US dollars.
Each paid plan can also be paid yearly, at 25% less than twelve monthly payments. In India, Pro costs ₹18,000 per year and Pro+ costs ₹27,000 per year, through Razorpay. Outside India, Pro costs US$180 per year and Pro+ costs US$270 per year, renewing yearly through PayPal. In India you choose how a yearly plan is paid: auto-renew, which renews each year by card or bank e-mandate until you cancel (UPI and RuPay cards are not offered for auto-renew), or pay once, which pays for one year by any method offered at checkout, including UPI, and does not renew.
We email you 30 days before a yearly plan renews automatically. A card renewal above ₹15,000 may need your approval from your bank each year. A renewal that fails or is not approved does not extend your paid access: you keep access until the end of the period already paid. If an India yearly renewal has still not gone through when that period ends, Plans lets you retry with a card or bank mandate or, where offered, pay once for the year. Either choice first cancels the failed renewal, and any late payment it still takes for that year is refunded. For a year paid once, we email you 14 days and 3 days before it ends and on the day it ends. You can renew it in Plans; paying again before it ends adds a year from its end date.
The app shows the amount due, renewal amount and relevant dates before you authorize payment. Changes to an automatically renewing plan require a new payment mandate (with PayPal, a new subscription you approve on PayPal); the previous renewal stops after the new authorization succeeds. A year paid once needs no mandate.
2. Cancel your plan
Sign in and open Plans in the app. Under Your subscription, choose Cancel plan, enter a reason, review the refund or access-end details, and confirm cancellation. Check the status shown on that page. Your account and saved watchlists remain after paid access ends.
3. First 30 days: full refund
Cancel before 30 days have elapsed from your first payment to receive a full refund of your payments that have not already been refunded. The window starts with your first ever payment, monthly or yearly; renewing, switching to a yearly plan or changing your plan does not restart it. Inside the window this includes a year paid once and any switch or upgrade payment.
Renewal stops, and paid access ends immediately when the refund is accepted for processing. Refund processing and the credit appearing in your bank account are separate steps. We email you when the refund is processed; your bank may take several days to show the credit. You can also check refund status in Plans.
4. After 30 days
Cancellation stops future renewal. You keep paid access until the end of the current paid period shown in the app: the month, or the year on a yearly plan. No partial-period refund is issued for this cancellation. A year paid once does not renew, so after the 30-day window there is nothing to cancel; its access ends on its end date. These terms do not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.
5. Upgrades and downgrades
An upgrade from Pro to Pro+ takes effect after authorization and payment are confirmed. The amount due is the difference between the plans, prorated for the time remaining in the current billing period: the month, or the year on a yearly plan. Your existing renewal date stays the same, and the next renewal uses the Pro+ price for the same billing period. A prorated remainder below ₹1 (US$1 with PayPal) is waived.
You can switch from a monthly plan to a yearly plan at any time, to the same tier or the other one. The unused part of your current monthly price is credited, and you pay the yearly price minus that credit. Your year starts on the day of that payment, and your monthly plan then stops, with no further refund of its period. Until that payment is confirmed, your monthly plan continues unchanged.
If you paid once for a Pro year, you can upgrade to Pro+ for the rest of that year: you pay the difference between the yearly prices, prorated for the time remaining, and the end date stays the same. Any other change to a year paid once, such as Pro+ to Pro, monthly or auto-renew, is made by choosing the new plan when the year ends.
A downgrade from Pro+ to Pro, and a change from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, takes effect at the next renewal, when the paid month or year ends. You keep your current plan until then, and no partial-period refund is issued. To pay once instead of auto-renewing a yearly plan, cancel its renewal and pay once when the year ends. The app shows the exact charge, next renewal amount and effective date before you confirm a change.
6. Payment and refund problems
If checkout closes or confirmation is delayed, refresh billing status in Plans before trying again. Do not pay again while an earlier payment is being confirmed. If a refund needs support review, contact us rather than submitting another cancellation.
For an unexpected or duplicate charge, email support@chartinmotion.com with the date, amount and payment reference or redacted proof of charge so we can investigate. Never send a full card number, banking password or one-time code. Invoices and available refund credit notes can be downloaded from Plans. Refunds go back through the same provider (Razorpay or PayPal) to the original payment method, in the currency you paid.
