Privacy Policy
1. Who handles your data
Revant Jain, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, operates Chart in Motion. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@chartinmotion.com. Our Grievance Officer is Revant Jain (Grievance Officer), grievance@chartinmotion.com; grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days where practical and legally applicable. 2. Data we collect

Do not send brokerage credentials, trading account secrets, or payment-card details. The launch website does not need them.
3. Sources and purposes
We receive data from you, your browser, the product, and service providers acting on our behalf. We use it to provide access, send messages you request, support the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, prevent misuse, and understand aggregate product usage.
4. Early-access form
The form submits to Formspree after configuration; that provider processes the email on our behalf under its own terms. We send one confirmation email; nothing is stored until you confirm. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, or email support@chartinmotion.com. If the endpoint is not configured, the site opens a message to support@chartinmotion.com in your email app. Joining the list does not create a paid account.
5. Analytics and cookies
The marketing site uses no analytics service and sets no cookies, so it needs no cookie banner. If this changes, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before the new tracking is enabled.
6. Sharing
We may share limited data with hosting, email or form, security, analytics, and product infrastructure providers that help operate the service; professional advisers; authorities where lawfully required; or a successor in a genuine business transfer. We do not state that personal data is sold.
7. Retention
Data should be kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, account operation, security, dispute handling, and legal requirements. Retention periods: early-access records until the early-access programme ends or you unsubscribe, and at most 12 months, support records 12 months after the last message, account records for the life of the account and 30 days after a deletion request, and technical logs 30 days.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used to protect data. No online service is perfectly secure. Send suspected vulnerabilities to support@chartinmotion.com; the machine-readable contact is in security.txt.
9. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and the stage of legal commencement, you may be able to request access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or grievance handling. We may need to verify identity and may retain information where legally required. Email support@chartinmotion.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. If you are not satisfied with our response you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
10. International processing
Some providers may process data outside India. Material processing locations and safeguards will be listed here once providers are selected.
11. Children
The service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has provided data, email support@chartinmotion.com and we will delete it.
12. Changes and contact
Material changes will update the effective date and, where required, be brought to users’ attention. Contact support@chartinmotion.com with questions.
