Before you send

For a chart issue, include the exchange, symbol, timeframe, and signal class.
For a watchlist issue, include the list name but no private credentials.
For a security issue, include clear reproduction steps and likely impact. Our machine-readable contact is security.txt.

Expected support reply: within 2 business days. Urgent security reports are triaged as soon as practical.

Include “Grievance” in the subject and enough detail to identify the issue. Complex matters may need additional information or time, in which case an update will be sent.
